What are tokens? How do I spend them?
- Tokens are the currency of Alphazria and can be used to send messages, generate images, characters, or scenarios. Message generation costs 2 tokens, regeneration costs 1 token, an image costs 25 tokens, and characters and scenarios cost 100 tokens each.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to settings -> purchases and click on the subscription cancellation option.
How does the creator reward program work?
- Each week, a reward pool of 10,000 tokens is available for creators with assets (characters and scenarios) scoring over 500. The score is based on user token spending on those assets. Your share is calculated by (Your Total Score / All Users' Total Scores) * Weekly Prize Pool. Only premium users are eligible.
How do I publish a character?
- Go to either the characters or scenarios section and click on your desired creation. Click the publish icon next to its name at the top of the popup.
Is there an app we can download anywhere?
- The app is designed for both Android and iPhone and can be added to the homescreen for a native app experience.
My payment wasn't successful but my banking app shows the money has been taken out. Will I get charged for this?
- This is likely an authorization hold from your bank and should disappear within 24-48 hours.

Why did my my conversation get flagged by the filter although I didn't say anything bad?
- The payment processor has a strict content moderation system, which can lead to false positives. A more intelligent filter is in development, and accounts won't be penalized for such errors.
How do I generate pictures in chats?
- Click the button on the bottom left of the chat before sending a message to generate an image (costing 25 tokens) that fits the context.
Do you support payment methods other than CCBill?
- While other payment methods would be ideal, convincing them to work with adult content is difficult.

- The payment processor blocks payments from specific countries due to high fraud rates.
Why didn't I get my daily token credit today?
- To receive the daily token credit, you need to have spent at least one token that day. Premium users receive the daily allowance automatically.
